Due to the breakdown of electricity service of the Macau Square, MONIC can only provide limited services until further notice:

• Online registration and renewal service is still available
• Telephone Hotline may be slightly busy. We request your patience.
• Email service is still available
• On-site registration and renewal service is temporarily affected but customers can still submit their application form in person and we will process the application after the electricity supply is back to service.

Once the electricity supply is ready and stable, all services will be back to normal.
